Christmas Dinner

Sara helped me set the table for Christmas Dinner today.

 I think she might have added something to the menu that I was not aware of

Carina's Married!!!

This much anticipated day had arrived - my good friend Carina's wedding day!  We had a wonderful time at both the ceremony and at the reception - what a blessing to see two people brought together by God come before Him and receive the blessing of marriage!

We praise God with you both, Carina and John, and wish you God's blessings through your marriage together!

The kids had a fantastic time at the reception, not only because it was held at the Warplane Heritage Museum - but especially for the square dance (and line dance too).  Sara had a blast just doing her own thing...

My Little Brother

Well, maybe not so little for a long time already - but either way, he's my younger brother and I'm glad he came to Ontario to visit!

It sure was nice to see you again John - looking forward to next time again!

 

Trimming the Tree

Annual Christmas tree decorating night - they even posed happily for me when we were done!

Skinless

 Sara had a little too much time on her hands while eating her grapes.

I guess I wasn't paying enough attention to her - and I guess she doesn't like the skin!

Sinterklaas

Today we headed out to Fergus for Sinterklaas with Alvar's side of the family.  On the way there we thought everything was covered with a heavy snow - all the tree branches were covered in a thick white blanket.  Little did we know that it was actually hoarfrost - not snow - it was just beautiful!!
