The top is the "before" picture of these little cakes that I've been making lately
This is the "after" - the kids love them - and I think Alvar might love them just a little bit more!
They take a bit of time to make, but aren't really that hard. They "present" nicely to guests (I made these for our new GEMS club at our Church Friday night - pink for the girls!) and make for nice gifts as well (this was last years' Christmas gifts to the teachers at the kids' school).
