It was a beautiful Labour Day and we had planned on getting together with our good friends Mike and Karen and their family. We decided to go to Eramosa Karst - just 5 minutes away from our house here, we had heard lots of good things about this place from several people, so we thought we'd give it a shot!
There are lots of rock formations throughout the trail - bigger openings like this one, but also smaller holes that lead to larger caves underground.
Sara found herself a walking stick - taller then her, but she didn't seem to mind
Caleb collected burs during the walk (thanks to Alvar who started a "bur fight" with the kids on our last hike!)
