We enjoyed a beautiful evening hike with our family and with good friends of ours down near Albion Falls today.

The water was running pretty good - the kids enjoyed going back and forth over the creek.

Kids played around on a culvert - I think their favourite part was talking inside - it got pretty noisy!

The kids came across a huge crayfish! Thankfully no fingers were lost with all the inspections being done on this poor creature!
By the time we were done, the sun was beginning to go down. I do look forward to summer when there's a bit more time in the evening to hike a little longer!
