Our last day - we packed up and before beginning our long drive, enjoyed a lovely breakfast at the Cobleskill Diner. This was the second time we had a meal here - kind of a "Mom and Pop" restaurant - as people walked in they were greeted by their first names etc. A real small-town feel!

On our way I did notice several Tim Hortons in the states now. Canada is slowly infultrating the States with good coffee - it's about time!
We had a great time overall - relaxing, quiet, beautiful scenery both above and below ground. It was also great to know that while we were away, our kids were in fantastic hands - thanks very much to Danielle epsecially for keeping the kids allive and well - and to my Mom for filling in at the end!
