I can only say I wish I had this pan a whole lot sooner! I make a lot of things on the stove and some of them require a lid to simmer (I steal lids from other pans that don't actually fit). Ah the luxury of lids that fit and pans that are high enough that I don't get over spray of grease all over the stove top!
