We enjoyed a Saturday afternoon canoe ride with friends at Princess Point. It was beautiful weather (not too hot) - although the wind did pick up a bit, we managed to all stay in our canoes with out any tipping!

Carina, John and Logan managed to get in between 2 swans - we were thankful no one lost any fingers (swans can get pretty nasty sometimes when they are angry!)

Yes, rather then sticking to open water, Carina's canoe decided going THRU the trees would be much more fun. Danielle and Timothy decided to follow suit - picking up some spiders on the way thru much to Esther and Madison's disgust!
Here we are in our canoe - I'm looking grossed out by the "stuff" in the water (it was pretty slimy) - plus trying to paddle and take pictures at the same time - then there's Caleb - picking his nose....what is it with kids and digging for gold in their noses?!?!
