So we hit the road for Kingston Saturday morning - canoe, trailer and all our camping gear packed inside. The kids were excited to go and Alvar and I looked forward to getting there and getting set up (then we could relax too!).
We had an uneventful drive - exactly what we wanted!

My "official" job as passenger for Alvar. To help boost the van I'd turn off the air conditioner when ever we were facing a bit of an incline - we had to be nice to the van to make sure we got there in reasonable time!
